I came in today for a belly button piercing with Norman and it was amazing, the place was so clean and neat, the people were very kind and asked if i was being helped in the paper work process, Norman himself was so great, everything was properly sterilized and clean, he took his time and was very professional. His guidance throughout the whole process was impeccable, he made sure i knew what was going on the entire time which made me much more calm, his knowledge on piercings in general is amazing, he’s honestly such an amazing piercer. I will definitely be coming back for future piercings as we also talked about during my appointment. thanks so much Norman and the whole team!!!

I brought my 15 year old daughter in for her tragus piercing. Rossie was AMAZING with us, so calm and knowledgeable. We were her last appointment of the night and she was professional, welcoming, clear and concise. She was patient and informative every step of the way. The care she took with her art and us was top shelf and the after care promise was refreshing. It’s been said the highest form of compliment is a referral…without hesitation we would recommend Rossie! We will definitely be back.

My sister and I have been here twice and have had the best experience with both the receptionist and our tattoo artist Paul! Paul is super friendly, kind, and patient with us, especially when I was getting my first tattoo. He reassured me and made me feel really comfortable. I will definitely continue to come back as the service here is fantastic and I would recommend getting you tattoos or piercings here!

We took our 7 year old daughter to have her ears pierced today. I've known and followed Rossie for years, so trusted her and knew I would go to her at some point. Norman didn't disappoint either. He was fantastic at explaining the whole process to us and my daughter, and making small talk and making her feel comfortable.Tandem ear piercings are the best idea and I'm so glad they offer this service...I'm hearing it's not something offered many other places.Would give more than 5 stars if I could! If you want a clean Tatoo shop with friendly and professional artists, way cool is the place to go! They do both tattoos and piecing. For the last year, I’ve been working on a cover up with Tatoo artist Casey. We’re almost done, just some final pops of color. Highly recommend.

I had my philtrum pierced here by Norman and I was a little nervous as I hadn't been pierced in many moons but Norman made me feel so at ease! He is a true pro and clearly takes a lot of pride in his work- as he should because my piercing went so smooth and already feels like it's going to heal so nicely.He answered all my silly questions and never made me feel like I was being a burden. I was super comfy during the entire process and I'm very grateful I waited and got this piercing done by someone so skilled and down to earth. Highly highly recommend this place! I came all the way from Cayuga and couldn't be happier to make the trip!

Norman was awesome. Went in for a lobe piercing and the atmosphere was instantly relaxing. He walked us through the entire process before we started, made sure we were comfortable and everything was sanitary, and was very detailed about the aftercare.
